Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or change it. You will need to raise a return and send it back to us - please see our Returns page for more details.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it.

We offer 3 methods for delivery within the UK: Standard is delivered within 2-4 days of dispatch, Express is delivered in 1-2 days of dispatch and Next Day aims to deliver within 24hrs of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of payment.

We offer returns on all items up to 30 days after purchase. They must be unused and unopened, in their original condition.

We are confident in the quality of our Swiss Made watches which means we offer a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as with the movement.

We require the original purchase documentation, including order number, for a warranty claim to be valid. The warranty cannot be transferred.

The warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal wear and tear and everyday use. Examples of what is not covered by the warranty include any damage to the case, crystal, strap or buckle. The warranty does not apply if the back casing has been removed or tampered with in any way.

Yes. All straps are interchangeable. Please make sure to choose the correct buckle colour to go with the case colour of your watch.

We currently only offer watches designed for men, however they have proved popular with women too. Please bear in mind the size of the watch if purchasing a Weston watch for a woman.

We believe precision can be beautiful. All of our watches are Swiss Made, with handwork at the core of the watchmaking process. Our leather straps are made from Italian leather, and carefully selected to ensure the best looking combinations with our timepieces. Read more about our story here.
