Returns Policy

We hope that you’re delighted with your Weston Watch, but if you do want to return your item(s) then please do so following the guidelines below.

All watches can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your original order, subject to the item(s) remaining in saleable condition: unworn, unused and undamaged, with original tags/labels in place and packaging intact. Any returns that are sent back not in saleable condition may be rejected and returned to you.

Please note:

  • We cannot return items that have been engraved/embossed or personalised
  • Delivery charges, if any, at the time of your order cannot be refunded

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if you have not received your refund and we will investigate. If you are unable to provide proof of postage or did not use a trackable shipping service then we will be unable to investigate.

How to return an item - UK

We provide completely free returns for all UK customers using Collect+. This means you can print out your free return label and simply drop it off at any of the 7,000 Collect+ points across the UK.

How to return an item - Outside the UK

For all orders outside the UK, please email us at: info@westonwatches.com with your full name, order number and postal address and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item. We do not currently offer free returns for non-UK customers. Returned items are your responsibility when in transit, so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when sending your return.
