Warranty

We offer a 5-year international warranty on our watches from the date of purchase which covers any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal wear and tear and everyday use. Examples of what is not covered by the warranty include any damage to the case, crystal, strap or buckle. The warranty does not apply if the back casing has been removed or tampered with in any way.

If your watch is within the 5-year warranty limit, please contact us to inform us of any manufacturing defects and we will advise next steps. Postage, insurance and any other non-repair expenses are excluded from the warranty. We aim to repair the watch or, if we are unable to, we will issue a replacement product. If no replacement is available, the customer may choose an alternative product of the same value as their replacement. No cash refund will be made after 30 days of purchase.
